2. What is our return policy?

Product return
We will accept returns of non defective or damaged items within 14 business days, for a refund of the item value only.
You must contact us prior returning an item for further instructions; otherwise we cannot guarantee proper refund processing.

Defective Products
Defective products can be returned within 10 business days after item was received by the customer.
We recommend contacting the product manufacturer for technical support prior returning the product.
Each return is examined and tested by our quality control team.
In case that the product is not defective, a 15% restocking and repackaging fee will apply prior refund of the item value only..

3. What is our shipping policy?

All our items are shipped via USPS or DHL Ground service within 1-3 business days after payment is received.Shipping & Handling charges are for the continental US only. Bidders from Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico , and the US Virgin Islands must contact us for a shipping quote BEFORE buying. Expedited shipping is available upon request; please call TOLL FREE 877-439-4293.In case of any problem with your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you promptly.

 

4. Why do we need to verify your address?

For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Please make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is correctly listed in your account information.

5. Do you combine shipping?

6. Do you allow local pickups?

Local pickups are available upon request for selected items only.
Pickups are available at our Brooklyn NY warehouse.
Please note: by choosing to pickup the item you will not be charged shipping costs, but a pickup handling fee will apply.
